These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of rduanehuff.com and your purchase of any products or services offered by R. Duane Huff (“Company”). By accessing this website or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.

The Company offers digital educational products (courses, playbooks), monthly membership programs (Inner Circle), and private coaching services. All descriptions, pricing, and terms are subject to change without notice.

2. Purchase and Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe and PayPal. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your payment method. All prices are in U.S. dollars. The Company is not responsible for currency conversion fees or charges imposed by your bank or payment provider.

Inner Circle memberships renew automatically on a monthly basis. You authorize recurring charges until cancellation. See our Refund Policy for cancellation procedures. The Company reserves the right to modify membership benefits, pricing, or structure with 30 days’ notice to active members.

5. Coaching Services

Private coaching is provided subject to a separate coaching agreement. Acceptance of an application does not guarantee a coaching relationship; the Company reserves the right to decline any application at its discretion.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, frameworks, course materials, graphics, and branding, is the intellectual property of R. Duane Huff and may not be used without express written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products and services are provided “as is.” The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or results. Individual results will vary based on effort, experience, and market conditions. No specific income or outcome is guaranteed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
