If you're not satisfied for any reason, email duane@rduanehuff.com or text (225) 384-0693 within 30 days of the purchase date and ask for a refund. Include the email address you used at checkout so we can find your order quickly.
Refunds go back to the original payment method: your card if you paid through Stripe, or your PayPal account if you paid with PayPal. We process refund requests within 5 business days. Your bank or PayPal may take another 5–10 business days to show the credit.
Each item in your order is covered on its own. You can ask for a refund on one item (for example, an order bump) and keep the rest.
The Inner Circle is billed at $47 per month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime by emailing duane@rduanehuff.com, or, if you subscribed with PayPal, from your PayPal account under automatic payments. Canceling stops all future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
The 30-day guarantee applies to your first monthly payment. Later monthly payments aren't refundable after they're charged, but you can cancel at any time to stop the next one.
Once a refund is issued, access to the refunded product ends. Any bonuses that came with it, including the VIP coaching session, end too if they haven't been used yet.
We don't offer refunds after the 30-day window. If something went wrong with your purchase, such as a duplicate charge or a technical problem with access, contact us anytime and we'll make it right.
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank or PayPal. We answer refund requests quickly, and it's almost always faster than a dispute.
