R. Duane Huff Productions, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") runs this website and sells the Selling With Influence™ training products. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us. When you start or complete an order, we collect your name and email address. If you contact us, we keep the details you send.
Payment information. Payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal. Your card or PayPal account details go straight to them; we never see or store your full card number. We receive a record of the purchase, such as your name, email, the items bought, and the amount paid.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use cookies and similar tools to collect information about how you use the site. This includes your browser type, device, pages you visit, and whether you completed a purchase.
We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel on this site. It lets Meta and us measure how well our ads work, show our ads to people who may be interested, and avoid showing ads to people who have already bought. The Pixel records events such as page views, checkout starts and purchases.
You can control this through your browser's cookie settings, through your Facebook ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences, or through industry opt-out tools such as optout.aboutads.info.
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business:

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email duane@rduanehuff.com and ask to be removed. We'll still send you messages you need about a purchase, like receipts or access details.
We keep your information as long as you have an account or a purchase with us, and afterward as long as we need it for taxes, accounting, refunds or legal reasons.
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live (for example California, the EU or the UK), you may have other rights under local law. Email duane@rduanehuff.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
This site is meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
